Joe McCarthy said
”Ryan will be a great addition to our football club. He is a great fit and understands very well the importance of strong culture and values. His strong work ethic and desire to succeed will help shape our football department as we strive towards back-to-back premierships and take the club forward to more success. Ryan has been successful in business outside of football, he has played and coached WAFL football and we look forward to him hitting the ground running when he starts in early January”
